| Local artists Belinda Lyons Zucker and Diane Travis gently guided children to make unique pieces of art using fabric, wood and paper. Participants made dream dolls, books in varying sizes, clay adornments, and more importantly new friends! These hands-on art sessions took place at South Congregation Church in Springfield, MA in May and June. Each session opened with a candle lighting ritual. Dinner and
transportation was provided.
An artist reception followed at Baystate Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice located at 50 Maple St. Springfield. Hands ~ Healing ~ Hearts was free of
Mother and son participants lighting a candle charge to all participants courtesy of a grant from the Children’s Miracle Network.
